IITG - Technology Incubation Center

On August 27, 2010 under Registration of Societies Act of XXI of 1960, Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati- Technology Incubation Center (IITG-TIC) was formed to support entrepreneurial activities and start innovative knowledge-based business among the IITG community. Goal of IITG-TIC is to provide a platform for the budding entrepreneurs to inculcate their innovations and deliver their expertise to common mass. IITG-TIC provides technological support as well as infrastructure facilities to the incubates.

In 2012, Deshya Technologies Pvt. Ltd was incubated at TIC, with a goal to serve the engineering education sector by developing eLearning solution and helping to fill the gap of skillful people in industry. Along with the partnership of IITG and IITG-TIC, we look forward to deliver world class e-learning solution in engineering education.

Nonferrous Materials Technology Centre (NFTDC), Hydrabad

NFTDC is an autonomous and self financing R & D institution under the aegis of Ministry of Mines, dedicated to the development of advanced materials, innovative processes on the one hand and mechanical design, analysis, electronics, instrumentation and control leading to component and systems development & integration on the other. NFTDC is a unique Technology Centre, in that it is a multi disciplinary knowledge domain based institution which enables the centre to undertake complex technology development endeavors as interdisciplinary projects involving both knowledge creation (scientific know-why) and knowledge integration (technical knowhow).

A 6 weeks eLearning courses certified by NFTDC, is focused on electrical engineering students and teachers to enhance their theoretical and practical knowledge which is required in the industry such as Electrical motors, Power electronics, Electric vehicle manufacturers. Further selected candidates go for industrial training at NFTDC, Hyderabad.

National Power Training Institute (NPTI), Faridabadk

National Power Training Institute: NPTI a National Apex body for Training and Human Resources Development in Power Sector and an ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 organization is an autonomous organization of the Ministry of Power, Govt. of India. NPTI with its existence of over 50 years operates through its Corporate Office at Faridabad and institutes at New Delhi, Nangal, Bengaluru, Neyveli, Durgapur, Guwahati & Nagpur.

NPTI is the only institute of its kind in the world with such a wide geographical spread and covering such vide gamut of academic and training programs in Power Sector. NPTI’s committed faculty is providing excellent training in the Power Sector, which is the most important sector among various infrastructure sectors.

In collaboration with NPTI, The various training program is about delivering industry relevant knowledge and skill to engineers of tomorrow. The upcoming three week training program is focused on electrical engineering students to enhance their theoretical and practical knowledge which is required in the following industry: like Solar PV, Power electronics.

Acharya Nagarjuna University (ANU), Andhra Pradesh

Acharya Nagarjuna University has completed three decades of its existence. It was inaugurated on 11th September, 1976 by the former President of India, Sri Fakruddin Ali Ahmed. Since then, it has achieved tremendous progress through quantitative expansion and qualitative improvements on various academic fronts. The Acharya Nagarjuna University at present offers post-graduate education in 47 courses (39 on the University campus, 4 at University PG Campus at Nuzvid and 5 at University PG Campus at Ongole) besides Post-graduate courses in affiliated colleges.

Acharya Nagajuna University has grown into a large University with 39 Academic Departments. Its jurisdiction was extended to three districts now having over 450 affiliated colleges offering Under-Graduate, Post-Graduate, Engineering, Education, Law, Pharmacy and Oriental Languages courses.

In colloboration with ANU deshya technologies is assiting the Engineering and Technology colleges of ANU and also other colleges with job oriented eLearning courses to their students.
